Suggest Treatment For Severe Body Pain

I have joined a fitness bootcamp after an year of no exercise and it an intense 4 week course with training 3 times weekly.but after just the first session which is the lightest in terms of intensity we were told to do 6 rounds of 1 min squats along with other exercises of a minute each and an interval of 30 secs between each exercise. this was 72 hrs ago and I can barely move its painful to sit or get up ,climb stairs and my legs seem to buckle after every few steps.but surprisingly people in my group with similar history of no exercise were not as effected as i am and were able to carry on the 2nd session .I really struggled and was in pain and discomfort but was told to carry on as much as possible and it would ease eventually. tomorrow is session 3 and still can't walk without thighs hurting what can I do to ease pain ,tried going for walk, cold bath, ibuprofen, magnesium spray but nothings helping. Please advise on what else i can do .I don't want to give up .
