Suggest Treatment For Severe Jaw Pain

hello,
I have had bad jaw pain over the last few months, and in the last few days my jaw has clicked out of place. I have had a clicky jaw when I chew for a long time, but now its really hurting when I speak or eat.
I can get my jaw back into place, but increasingly it is taking longer to do and its really, really sore.
