Suggest Treatment For Severe Pain In Right Arm With Fibromyalgia

I've been having severe, aching, throbbing pain in my right arm near the tricep area for six hours. I have SLE, epilepsy, fibromyalgia, and hypothyroidism, but the lupus and seizures are mostly under control. I also have the positive lupus anticoagulant factor, and take 81 mg aspirin daily. I tried stretching, icing, massaging, and took ibuprofen and tizanidine, but neither made any difference.
