Suggest Treatment For Stage 4 Metastatic Liver Cancer

I was diagnosed with anal cancer (T3, N2), was treated with 30 radiation and chemo (5-FU in the form of capecitabne pills) & two infusions of mitomycin. There was a delay from onset of symptoms due to tests and scheduing of two months. Now, after the 6-month post-treatment CT-scan, they have found metastatic liver cancer, five tumors. Am waiting for a liver biopsy appointment. Radiation oncologist phoned one week ago. I am 71, female. I had planned a trip this coming summer with a grandson but am thinking that I will not make it. My question is, Do some patients with this condition have a good six months or even a year? Or am I already in Stage 4? I can still put on weight, I have a good appetite. Sorry I don t have more specifics. Holley.
