Suggest Treatment For Sudden Onset Of Right Sided Weakness And Decreased Motor Control

An 37 year old female adult with Athetoid Cerebral Palsy (college educated artist) developed sudden onset of right sided weakness and decreased motor control of her extremities, gastrointestinal symptoms (pain, constipation, bloating), and back pain. Sigmoidoscopy and CAT scan was negative. What else can be done to diagnose this debilitating condition. She is no longer able to use her assistive technology with her right hand and can no longer draw, and create art.
