Suggest Treatment For Swelling From Thigh To Toes

I had a shot in my left knee yesterday around 1130, I know it was lidocaine and something starting with a T . ( Stung a lot) well, helped for about 15 min, then hurts like crazy and swelled from mid thigh down to toes. Can t sleep at all, hurts to sit , have to have help to stand.....
