Suggest Ways To Conceive When Treating PCOS

Hello, I have had 3 surgery's due to ovarian cysts, and my second child was born at 28 weeks by emergency C-Section. He is 4 now, and I have a 14 year old.
I am 32yrs old, and my partner and I have been trying to conceive for the past 8 months, but still no luck. Is there a chance because of my history with cysts and C-Sec I may not be able to fall pregnant again?
