Thank You! My Grown Daughter, Along With Her 14 Year

Thank you! My grown daughter, along with her 14 year old daughter, are caring for a new mom (baby is 1 week old) who just told them she has 'inactive' MRSA. The care they give is not directly to the mom, but they change the baby's diapers, cuddle him ;-) and they cook, clean and visit with this mama. they are generally are in the same environment with the mama for 10 hours each day. Is this a concern?
