Thank You For Taking Time To Help. I Just Found

Thank you for taking time to help.
I just found out my relative has Stage 4 Lung Cancer. Was diagnosed a year ago with Stage 1, had one small tumor out outer edge of right lung. Had radiation for 5 days in Oct 2015. 3 months ago tumor looked like it was growing, and has doubled in size. two lymph nodes have cancer, and looks like liquid and glowing substance in right lung where tumor is, which I was just told means cancer has spread to the lining, making this Stage 4. MRI of brain reveals no cancer there. PET scan reveals no other cancer at this time. What is her prognosis? She is 80 and has smoked since 13 yrs old. Quit in July and no cigarettes since.
