They just did biometric testing at my work, and my numbers were pretty shocking. My HDL is 94, LDL is 38, and Triglycerides are 48. I'm a healthy 35 year old woman who takes no regular medications. I also sit at a desk all day, don't exercise often, or eat incredibly well (not terrible, but definitely room for improvement). Is there something genetic at play here? Should I be worried that my numbers were SO low?
