Trying To Narrow Down Some Of My S&S. Deep Nonproductive

Trying to narrow down some of my S&S. Deep nonproductive cough appeared Sunday, has persisted. Do get some sinus discharge, but it is small, thin, clear. Cough is strong enough that lower ribs hurt as I cough. No problem with inhale. Beats are shallow abt 18 / min. A slight wheeze occurs at end of each exhalation. Have now begun to experience a mild temporal and supra ocular headache. Not bad, but noticeable.
