Two Weeks Ago I Started Weaning Off Olanzapine And Introduced

Two weeks ago I started weaning off olanzapine and introduced lurasidone. I am also on fluphenazine decanoate, which I had last Monday (yesterday), and two weeks ago - what I am noticing is that since beginning to wean off the olanzapine, the fluphenazine is not holding my symptoms - it does a little, but I think doctors call it 'breakthrough symptoms' - mostly a constant low level of anxiety which is quite disturbing, and which I have to fight to keep as normal as possible. This is unusual for me, to have the anxiety all the time, I get anxious every day around 1700, and have olanzapine 5mg at this time of day, with effect. However, today I have already had 2.5mg of diazepam with little relief. The weather is very hot at present, for months now, and I am wondering if the heat has affected the fluphenazine or if it is the lurasidone not holding me. I am expecting my health worker to visit but she hasn't turned up yet, and I am anxioius for her to come so I can discuss this with her. I think I will have to take 40mg of the lurasidone soon to see if it will hold these symptoms - - I am on 80mg lurasidone and will cease the olanzapine tomorrow and be on fluphenazine and lurasidone only, apart from citalopram in the morning. do you have any anwers as to this situation?
