Two Years Ago, I Had C5 C6 Removed. Two Months

Two years ago, I had c5 c6 removed. Two months ago I had c3c4 removed. Some of the numbness ir coming back and wakes me up at night. Since the last surgery I am in constant pain. My neck, shoulders, and shoulder blades. Yawning , talking, and even just sitting there hurts. I still choke when eating anything at all. My NS said it was because of some nerve he had to cut for the surgery. I cannot get comfortable to sleep, I am fatigued all of the time, have blurred vision at times, dizzy, abad terrible headaches. C6c7 is also bad and may need some attention, eventually. Do you have any answers for me?
