Well Ultimately I Have An Abundance Of Homeless Heroin Addict

Well ultimately I have an abundance of homeless heroin addict friends, within the last few years I lost at minimum of 30 friends and equantences to heroin overdose, most of which had no family to bury them, and the ones that had any family at all couldn't afford a proper burial! so cremation is the only choice, my question to you is what can I do to ensure there will be a proper burial for the future financially broken, homeless, familyless addicts that fall victim to this disease? Can I start a foundation for donations to one large account and feed from it one case at a time or could I put a life insurance policy on every addict I know?
