What Are Some Of The More Serious, Possible Side Effects?

What are some of the more serious, possible side effects? I am 70, female, have high BP and already on Aricept 10 mg. My friends says I am not showing signs of memory loss. However, my internist primary is recommending VayaCog because, despite 15 medications and four at night for BP alone, I am reluctant to try. I may request from my psychiatrist more information.
Friends say I operate at an optimal level, but my brain is very fuzzy in the morning and it can take a couple of hours for my brain/mind to feel free to roam about the planet. What can you say with this thumbnail profile?
