What Are The Symptoms Of UTI?

I am pretty positive I have a UTI. I have had them before. I read that if there is blood in the urine you should go to urgent care or ER. I have never had blood in my urine. How much should be present to warrant a trip to ER. There is no urgent care facility open at thisvtime.
