I have had the miraina IUD in for almost 2 years, I haven t had a period, cramping, or any other signs of a period in well over a year. I do have pcos, but also haven t had the symptoms of those either. The last 3 days my breast have become very sore, and I have been having bad cramps, and today I noticed a small amount of brown blood when I wiped, could I be pregnant
