What Causes UTI Along With Severe Tiredness?

symptoms; not flu,not cold, possible triad of conditions. ,extreme lethargy,no fever,U.T.I present,no joint pain,on levaquin for U.T.I 2 days,no known underlying condition, except lyme 2 years ago-not sure what antibiotic treated with,not in pain, but in bed,can speak,walk eat, function i am concerned this is not simply U.T.I. ,aged 73. fine a week ago,went to florida,5 days in symptoms of virus+moderate diarrhea since abated i feel like symptoms of illness are too severe for U.T.I. alone I m not paying, thought i could get a free guess
