What Causes A Lump In The Vagina?

My boyfriend and I are sexually active but not frequently and today he went to rub down there but it was very sensitive and didn't feel pleasurable at all it doesn't hurt when I pee when my uterus is touch it hurts and I noticed a small bump by it.. Should I be concerned and go to the doctors? I have recently just turned 18
