What Causes Abdominal Pain, Lack Of Appetite And Slow Digestion?

I was diagnosed with NASH by the gastro and autoimmune hepatitis by rheumy. The steatosis blood test came back "severe". I had both an ultrasound and MRI without contrast that showed a normal liver. My ALT and AST are fine. In fact my AST is a little low. Gastro won't biopsy due to "good enzymes".

I continue to have abdominal pain, upper right burning sensations, center ab pain and occaisonal upper left (spleen was enlarged in July). My digestion is so slow. I have no appetite. I have lost 20 lbs in the past four months without trying. My stool is not consistent in color or texture and can look alarming. My head itches more often than not. The rashes have stopped (thank goodness). But I continue to fight low grade jock itch and yeast infections and fungus in the corners of my mouth. Nothing that drives me compeltely insane but just enough pain, burning and itching to know they're there.

This all began when I started to lose my hair this time last year after I was treated for ring worm in 10/2012. I thought it odd I caught it. I still don't know the source. I have seen nine different physicians; PCP, Two Dermatologists, Infectious Disease, Rheumatology, Immunology/Allergist, Gastro, Ednocrinologist and it went as far as Oncology to rule out lymphoma as my lymphocytes were off the charts in the summer.

I am gluten free and am attempting to to an AIP diet but it is costly and since I have no appetite the appetite I do get is for all the things I shouldn't eat.

I am taking D3, B12, Biotin and now a liver cleanse as well as my 150 mcg of synthroid.

After 9 docs I learned:

I have EBV, AIH, and NASH (severe). I already knew I had Hashimoto's since 2007. But endo swears it's not my thyroid. But no ultrasound eventhough I reported havign trouble swalowing to not one but three physicians. Blood work is "normal" but too much of an elevated TSH for me to feel well.

I do not have lymphoma, HIV, Candida, HEP A,B, or C, Fungus (tested for two types), TB, and a myriad of other things I am not even sure what they are. I am just glad I don't have them. Lol.

Things got so bad in September I went to the ED as I added vomiting to the list of symptoms. The ED doctor looked at my recent bloodwork and my ultrasound that revealed all was well and sent me home suggesting, "Maybe you have something we have never heard of before. Try a gluten free diet." That cost me $150.

The GF diet has helped but what the hell is wrong with me? I am seeing a new gastro that I hope will run more tests including an MRI with contrast and maybe a biopsy. I am a 42 yo female and the mother of two amazing girls. I fear there is more to what's going on with me than meets the "blood work".
