My cousin is type 1 diabetic has been since she was 9, diagnosed with juvenile diabeties, she is now 30 and has been having many eye problems from her blood pressure shooting up and she get blood in her eyes due to the high blood pressure, she has already had several surgeries to correct vision problems. my question is, her pressure has spiked again today, she has a bad headache, blurred vision and pains in her chest and going down her arm she says, she is on no kind of blood pressure meds., she says the doctor told her it is not high all the time so she doesn t need to take it? What does she need to do to get it down today so she can feel better? She has bllod in her eye again today. Thanks, concerned cousin here
