What Causes Blurred And Double Vision Along With Dizziness And Vertigo?

Yes. I have had 2 episodes of stroke like symptoms in the past week. Both began while driving to work. Symptoms: change in vision, double vision,blurred vision, dizziness, vertigo, loss of motor functions, slurred speech, difficulty using phone, falling asleep during mid sentence, extreme tiredness. First trip sent me to ER asnd hospitalization overnight, and the Second sent me home from work. I am on Lexapro 5 & have Mirena.
