What Causes Bump On Anal Hole?

Okay .. Earlier today I have diareah I went straight to the shower without wiping my self & washed up in the shower .. Later that day I took another shower and while washing my anus hole it hurt a little && that's when I noticed an unfamiliar bump covering my anus hole. I'm a bit scared and don't know to think or know . Please help
