What Causes Chest Discomfort Along With Pain In Arms After Running Long Distance?

I went for a long run 2 weeks ago and did some sprinting as we ll; and have since had heaviness in my chest (middle upper rib cage, feels like a brick is laying on my chest) and pain in my left arm and collarbone. It comes and goes but I m wondering if it s possible I could have sprained something?
