What Causes Chronic Hives, Angioedema, Proctitis, Recurrent Staph Infections, Migraines With Allergies?

For the last 3 years I've had chronic hives and angioedema after having a cold. Since starting getting hives I've also had proctitis once, green bowel movements, recurrent staph infections, and recent diagnosed of complicated migraines. I had no know drug allergies, but now I am allergic to Rocephin, Bactrim, Keflex, and Prednisone. I've seen an allergist and had a false positive skin prick test, but the intradermal test showed allergies to dust, cats, and dogs. My thyroid levels are normal, kidney and liver function is normal. I also have bilateral Bochdalek hernias which was an incidental finding on an abdominal CT scan. I believe all of my symptoms are related to one another and caused by one source. Please help me figure out what is going on. Thank you.
