What Causes Constant Headache, Bump On Palate While Diagnosed With TMJ?

Got tooth pulled six months ago. Since the extraction I noticed my teeth don t line up normally, as if my jaw shifted. Since the pullI have had continuous headache. They are constant , affect mainly right side but do spread to sinus area. I was diagnosed withv tmj disorder, and MRI shows muscle enlargement and disk irregularities. However, the headaches I feel are not just from myofacial pain from tmj. I feel like there s something wrong with my upper hard palate, and there s a small bump which is extremely sore and mimics headache when I push it. There s a sensation like my facial structure is slowly collapsing. I also have siNus issues , a deviated septum surgery and inflamed inner tissue and blocked osteum. These headaches are too much to take and I ve seen a plethora of doctors and dentists, however I feel that They are missing something. The back of my head swelled up last week x and was so sore it felt like I was hit by a bat. I ve noticed before that when I laugh very hard the back of my head on both sides swell up noticeably large and really hurt. It s very strange. I have occasional t neuralgia on both sides, shooting up to temple area, it s awful. But this constant headache after six months is really hell.
