What Causes Dark Whitish And Brownish Vaginal Discharge After Taking Cytotec?

my wife took cytotec to abort a baby, she had barely any bleeding, she experienced all side effects from headache, nausea, diarrhea, chills.. but barely any blood came out, but weird dark whitish light brownish pieces are coming out that have a bad odor? what is this and what is happening?
