What Causes Delayed Periods With Premenstrual Symptoms?

Good afternoon, I was supposed to have my period on the 12th. I had all the signs of a period, swollen breasts, cramps, et . But to date it has not come. Two instances happened where after being intimate with my partner I would urinate, and there would be blood on the tissue as if I were going to start, but it only lasted a short time. The last time this occurred was this morning.I stopped my birth control about a yr and a half ago. They are usually irregular now. What should I do?
