What Causes Difficulty In Getting Pregnancy In Women With PCOD?

Hi,

Problem Statement:
We have been married for 4 years, and trying for a baby for around 10 months. We started the consultation in March 2013 (Pune, India) for conceiving the baby and conducted a few tests, wherein my wife was found suffering from PCOD. She has been put on medication since then along with our attempts to conceive, but nothing has given us the desired results so far. We moved out of India in August 2013, and now continuing the diagnosis in Malaysia.

History:

She has gone through:

1. Tube Test - was found normal
2. AMH/FSH/LH/TSH/Prolactin - PCOD was found in AMH, rest others are normal

I have gone through:
1. Sperm Analysis - found normal

Note: I requested doctor to perform chromosome test for me, but it was denied calling "not required".

My wife has been taking:
1. OOSURE Plus - 2 tabs a day (for 8 months)
2. Berbesta - 2 tabs a day (for 2 months)
3. Clomiffin - 2 tabs a day (50mg each) 5 days from 2nd day of cycle. Last cycle she was put on 3 tables. (for 8 months with 2 breaks 1 month each)
4. Mettaformin - 2 tabs a day (for 6-7 months)
5. Susten - through vaginal opening from 18th day (for 6-7 months)
6. Folic Acid - 1 tab a day (for 10 months)

Note: Doctors put her on 1 month break after 3 months of clomiffin consumption.

Current Situation:

She is producing eggs, and they are rupturing on time; however there is still some PCOD to be seen on one of the ovaries (left ovary if i'm not mistaken). Egg size is good, and they are healthy. Last month she produced 3 healthy eggs, and was jabbed when the dominating egg's size was 21mm. But unfortunately nothing worked so far.

Now, the obstetrician has given up, and referred us to an infertility expert, whose area of expertise is IVF. Please suggest if we have missed something above; and do we need to consider going through IVF?
