What Causes Disorientation And Lack Of Concentration?

Driving home from shops-expecting to turn right but as the light changed green-found myself in the left lane with no recollection of how I got to the lane.
Six days later, I looked at the clock to see the time, I saw the numbers on the cloak all mixed up, was unable to tell the time, went away for a bit, came back then I saw the time clearly, what does all this mean? Jane
