What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

I have had problems keeping an erection completely hard for the past few months. It still gets hard but not like it used to. I'm not sure if its mental or physical. I do have a history of high blood pressure in my family but nothing else. I am 22 years old for frame of reference. Last weekend i hung out with some friends and the next morning i was able to keep several full erections different times over the course of two or three hours. That night and the next morning i consumed the following; green tea, broccoli, brown rice, chicken, Jack Daniels, Coca Cola and two excedrin migraine pills the next morning. Is it possible that it was the excedrin thinning my blood (high blood pressure) or something else?
