What Causes Fatigue, Joints Pain, Dry Mouth And Swollen Hands?

hello I had couples of test done complement c4 was63, complement c3 was 243 ,c reative protein hs was 5.4 , ana titer positive , ana screen positive ,ana titer 1:160, pattern anap homogeneous am always feel fatigue ,joints pain ,dry mouth, I feel like having the flu all the time my hands get swalleng and numb at night always in pain do I have lupus or R.A. dry eyes I also have I.c painfull bladder am 41 years females pls let me know wat I have since I have to wait for a month to c the dr. thank you
