What Causes Fluctuating BP Levels And Breathlessness Despite Suffering From Myasthenia Gravis?

My father is 67. He has recently had several episodes of dropping blood pressure and difficulty breathing. The latest one his heart also stopped beating. He had a breathing tube for 24 hours. He is now breathing on his own again.Testing shows it was not a heart attack or a stroke. He has a lot of conditions additionally: myasthenia gravis, diabetes, intermittent heart arrhythmia, high blood pressure, asthma, allergies, ulcer and recently fell and broke his leg. As you can guess, he is on lots of medication for these conditions as well. His doctors do not really seem to be interested in figuring out what is happening, just adding or changing drugs and releasing him.Any suggestions on causes or treatment options would be appreciated. I guess my main question is how do people like this get help?
