Hello and welcome to HCM.
It sounds like you have been struggling with this problem and don't get much sleep.
What you experience is not normal, and can be diagnosed and treated.
The medication list you provided does not show a
water pill /
diuretic, which sometimes makes the patient urinate a lot.
The medications you take do not cause
frequent urination.
In males a common cause of frequent urination is a prostate problem/
enlarged prostate.
Bladder problems can cause frequent urination. This includes
overactive bladder and the causes for this may be local in the bladder like irritation by an infection or a stone or other growths.
Overactive bladder may also be caused by increased stimulation coming to the nerves of the bladder from the brain - due to various conditions of the brain - these stimulations make you feel like you need to urinate.
Sometimes the bladder gets distended and overfilled and just leaks urine under a lot of pressure.
All these conditions can be diagnosed by some test. Your doctor would likely start with sending your urine for
urinalysis and urine cultures - even if you do not think this is an infection, because this is very common and easily treated if diagnosed.
Other tests include bladder
ultrasound and other urological test if necessary to make a diagnosis.
Hope I answered your question.
Regards and best of health.
