What Causes Green Colored Bowel Movement In An Infant?

Hello sir my baby is 4month old I give lactogen 1 BT I think because of lactogen stool colour is green and sticky stool, should I give cow milk,, 2,3 times we strt treatment BT after that same problem rise green stool,, last times blood also ,, I so worry what should I do
