What Causes Headache Along With Dizziness And Nausea After Head Injury?

My mother fell and hit her head over a week ago she had a concussion and we took her to the hospital to a MRI she had a cracked skull so they told her to go to a neurologist she did they were very rude with her she stay there most of the morning and all the doctor did when he came in was to send her back to the hospital for another MRI nothing once again but a cracked skull. She is still have bad symptoms where she can stand, bad headaches, dizziness, nausea, can hardly move her neck, and she feels like her body is telling her something bad is wrong so what else can i do?
