What Causes High Fever, Vomiting, Joint Pains And Body Pain?

I was suffering from high fever, vomiting, joint pains, body ache , nausea and diarrhoea since last three days.The doctors suspected chikungunya.
Today the temperature has come down and joint pains have reduced and vomiting has stopped. But my diarrhoea continues unabated.I have taken Imodium yesterday and today and am also taking Vizylac but to no avail.What medicine should I take to stop diarrhoea?
My blood reports slight neutrophils increase, ESR normal , and Platelets normal
