What Causes Involuntary Movement Of Fingers?

A couple weeks ago, my two outside fingers of my left hand started to move on their own, downward and inward towards my palm. I wasn't making it happen, it was doing it on it's own. It did that on two different occassions. Then one evening I had a numbing feeling on the bottom left of my face, just below my lip, and it lastest less than a minute. Since I got back to work after the holidays, my left hand seems a little week when I type. Not too bad. Is this something I should worry about. I do have heart problems and high blood pressure, which is controlled by medication.
