What Causes Involuntary Movement Of Right Arm After Neck Injection?

I have had 9 back injections in the last 6 months and 1 neck injection 1 week ago. About 4 months ago I started having a "tick" or involuntary movement of my right shoulder/arm it never really got worse or better however, 1 week after my neck injection, it has become severe, and also now my left shoulder/arm and head are now also moving involuntarily all the time. It scared me, and typing is almost impossible. So excuse my errors. Hopsital says I have chorea. My Md yesterday says it is possible and he is referring me to a neurologist for further testing and to verfiy if sure. After going through my medication list and informing him that I had a neck injection last week, he said it was probably the problem and result. He couldnt say if this is permanent or if it will go away if I never get another injection. Do you know? Please know that any information is appreciated. YYYY@YYYY
