What Causes Itchy Bumps On Knees?

Hello, so I went walking in the woods with my friend yesterday and I had on stretchy cotton pants and last night my knees started itching. There s now small itchy bumps on my knees. Any idea of what this could be? I don t know if it s spider bites because there s about 20-25 bumps
