What Causes Lack Of Appetite After Having Vertebral Fracture?

I have a history of depression, however, I never had a symptom of loss of appetite. If I did the loss of appetite last only a day. Now, when I see my food I inspect it, can't stand fat. I'm very hungry but once I look at the food it disgusts me and it does not taste right. Once I taste it I am full, but hours later I can eat sweets which I love. I had a fracture of 5th verterbrae, had titanium rod and screws inserted but have been in excruciating pain since. Hence the eating problem.
