What Causes Loss Of Hearing In The Mornings Along With Pain In Neck And Shoulder?

While laying in bed before getting up in a.m. I have feelings of loss of hearing, feeling..like a nothingness for a short second. Less than a second, but it continues. I have back, shoulder and neck pain from injuries, I also have high blood pressure and high cholesterol which I take medication for. I don t know what a stroke feels like, but the only way I can describe it is loss of all senses for a nanosecond but they continue until I get out of bed. I am on Crestor and Amlodipine Besylate, but do not take everyday as I sometimes forget. I also take Vyvanse and Clonazepam. If the non-feeling lasted longer I would probably feel dead since there is no sense of anything except the feeling of nothing. Anyway, just thought maybe someone could tell me the possible reasons. I thought if it was a muscle spasm I would be able to hear, but if it was something indicative of another problem maybe you could help. Thank you for your time.
