What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain When Coughing Or Standing Up?

I have been having very occasional lower abdominal pain that suddenly comes and I feel a bit under the weather during that time, also when I cough it feels sore and when I stand after sitting I also feel sore in the lower abdomen region (this is more often), I have normal stools and have had a colonoscopy about 6-8 Weeks ago and that was fine, I also had a Pap smear recently and that was fine ... I feel better when I put a warm pad the area, it is not on either side, more both sides ... I didn t have this before the Colonoscopy ... Any ideas what is going on?
