What Causes Lump On Back Of Head?

I woke up this morning with a lump on the back of my head. Hurts when I press it. It s not a pimple it s possibly the size of a quarter and feels kind of numb. What could it be? I m not allergic to anything, nor did I bumpy head. Seems that it appeared over night like magic.
