What Causes Lumpy Tonsils And Sinus Drip?

Hi, I am beginning to worry about a left tonsil iissue I ve been having. First, it seems to have moved downwards and a second tissue formation has formed above it. When looking at it a while back I didn t think much except for how odd it was, my lymphnode was swollen but no pain etc. Then I noticed about six months ago i had some tonsil stones , I did home treatment and all pain and swelling of the tonsil when away, the lymphnode swelling in my neck stayed and continues to. Now the tonsil(bottom) is significantly lumpy, not normally painful( i mean sometimes when i have a sinus drip, so i think, this tonsil hurts quite a bit. Im just really concerned why it looks so abnormal. I will attach pictures so you can see and thank you for the advice :)
