What Causes Mild Dizziness Along With Tremor In Hands?

This is Dr Kiran from bengaluru, My father is 77yrs old having mild giddiness and tremors in his hands.
He is on Tab Cinnarazine quite long time, in a recent visit physician added Tab Ciplar 10 mg ( Propronolal) and some bood Anti Oxydentds. My dad is better now, means tremors in his hands came down. How long he should continue Ciplar, I am worry about side effects of Propronolal. VBI is ruled out by CT, Echo n ECG, Triglycerides within normal limit. Please reply. Thanks
