What Causes Muscle Weakness, Tiredness, Body Pain And Left-sided Abdominal Pain?

My 22 year old daughter had lab work Jan 2015. Absolute lymphocytes were elevated at 3.2(0.7-3.1). 14 mos earlier absolute lymph was normal at 2.1. Have upcoming appt with MD. She complains of muscle weakness, becoming winded with 5 min shower, and so tired in past 24 hrs. In past couple months complains of feeling achey and tired. No sore throat, fever, or swollen lymph nodes. To add to this since Fall 2014, she has mid upper abdominal to left side pain. Random and strong She is on Wellbutrin daily, oral contraceptives, and Atenolol 25mg qd for SVT.
