What Causes Numb Feeling In Body While Having Emotional Problems?

Hello, i'm not sure what's happening, my stomach and head feel very 'odd', it's almost as if I'm experiencing some sort of paralysis, my mouth, chin, stomach feel 'numb' and i'm getting strange sensations of 'deja vu' or euphoria, what could be causing this?

PS: I have also been experiencing depression and emotional problems.
