What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Rib Cage Along With Fatigue And Acidity?

I have been on disability for 13 years until losing it in April 2014. I have many problems but problem at hand is pain under my rib/left side, stomach ach in the middle at the top, Acid, fituge, aches, light headed. I have gallstones but due to my situation they have left them as long as they don't bother me. But now I have no insurance or income because ss thinks I am no longer disable. I can not work with all this. I can hardly walk and it has been diagnosed as fibromyalga. someone please help me. I'm sorry to waste your time I have no money
