What Causes Pain In Legs, Arms, Collarbone, Ankles And Pelvis?

I have been suffering with aching legs for a couple of weeks, now my arms , collarbone ,ankles , pelvis and back all have sporadic aching bone pain. My joints seem fine. I am best when I first wake up in the morning but soon after getting up the pains begin, not that bad but bad enough even though I ve been taking it easy. I m 42 female normal weight
